Sophia Turns 2

Sophia's second birthday was full of Easter fun with a giant Easter bunny and egg hunt for everyone.  She loved being the center of attention and having everyone sing happy birthday. 

Alex Baptism

Thank you Aunt Judy and Tio for agreeing to be Alex's godparents... and to everyone else for making the trip & share in this celebration! We are so blessed to have such a great family!

In The Morning

Our little purple monsters waiting for breakfast in the morning.  Sophia now insists Gymbo join us and she brings along George for Alex.  

Fishing?

After gymnastics one rainy Thursday afternoon Sophia and Jack decided to sit on this lonely patch of pine straw  in the parking lot and "fish".  I guess a limp little twig can look like a fishing rod to a few toddlers.

Bunny Bath

I think Alexandra's favorite time of the day is bath time. She loves it and looks forward to it every night.  She has so much fun splashing around in the water and looking at herself in the mirror while I dry her up with her bunny towel.    

Hanging Out

Every morning after feeding Alexandra and before breakfast, the girls spend some time together just hanging out.  We read books, act silly and just have fun together!  

Scary Monster

Sophia has been OBSESSED with her scary monster art project she did at school.  She's transformed every stuffed animal, duke, jerry, and even herself into the scary green monster.  I guess he's really not that scary!
