Little Cousin Time

The girls love spending time with family.  Just recently it somehow occurred to them that on my side, they're actually the "big cousins."  Sophia especially loves knowing she is the oldest and tallest of the crew.  So luckily, between camps and our 2 trips to "The Carolina's" we were able to squeeze in an overdue week long trip to TX for some "little cousin time."

 The kids had so much fun playing with Juliet and of course Abu, Tia, Uncle Glen, Tio, Dede and Tita.  From trips to the park, walks to the ice cream shop, bubble baths, staying up late, sleepovers and lots of fun in the sun, this was a trip worth remembering!  

And not to mention ... next summer  JonAnthony will be here to join in the fun!  Lucas will be so excited to have another little boy in the bunch!   

 
These kiddos just jumped right into playing together as if no time had gone by at all!

Farmhouse In The City

Kristen suggested taking the girls to Farmhouse in the City while Landon and Lucas attend Music class.  It turned out to be a FARMTASTIC idea!  For days the girls talked about Lovebunny and Snowflake, as well as the kittens and dress up shop at he farmhouse.  They also proudly showed off their "painted sculptures" to anyone that would stop to look.  

Not surprisingly, Alexandra spent most of her time with the kittens but took a little break and held Lovebunny while getting her face painted!  

Sophia said she preferred cuddling Lovebunny and it looks like this little bunny didn't mind it one bit either!

Lucy Elizabeth

Lucy Elizabeth will be the newest addition to the Cibula family and there's no better way to honor her and her mommy than with a lovely ladies luncheon. 

The preppy pink and green whale theme was perfect for the little summer squirt!

Kristen made these pink whale cookie favors which were almost too cute to eat! 

We had a whale of a time Lucy and can't wait to meet you!

Fancy Recital

 After a week of glitter, glam and practice, the girls were ready to show us their routine!

Sophia didn't show any signs of being nervous before her performance!  And why would she, she did GREAT!  Sassy walk and all!

Alexandra was a natural!  She knew all the steps and looked so cute during her performance!

Car Train

While the girls were busy at dance camp being girls, Lucas was hard at work at home being a boy!

 

With all his cars lined up, he was now ready to show off his car train!  So proud!

Fancy Nancy Dance Camp

The girls were at Fancy Nancy Dance Camp this week!  They were joined by our neighbor Clara, and three school friends, Olivia, Ansley and Camile.  If that wasn't enough, they were given free range to wear WHATEVER they wanted.  The fancier the better!  

Some fashion experts might call all the sparkle, jewels and accesories tacky but if you ask these two little fashionistas they'd say it was simply FANCY!
